Wow, we are speechless. What's going on in the fashion world? First Raf leaving Dior, and now Alber Elbaz leaving Lanvin after 14 years. Is fashion really moving to fast, like Suzy Menkes writes in this brilliant article. Perhaps so. As a super creative designer, having to maybe force out at least four collections a year, of course the creativity will fade. I remember not to long ago when fashion was about two collections a year, and now it's the double. The stress catches up with us and I admire the designers who respect themselves and their creative process so much that they are saying no to this fast fashion climate. So, just like the Raf Simons news, this leaves us with questions. Is Alber going to Dior, and who is taking over at Lanvin?
